Back To The First Block.

Managed to lose 2lbs :)
With the help of
[Green Tea Fat Burner Liquid Soft Jell Tablets]
.wow.
But I'm back to where I was.
I was really excited when I got hunger pains this morning
seeming as i haven't had them lately with all the eating.
I'm odd,I know but i love feeling like I've accomplished
a little something.
The pains help me alot when I think of giving in
to know that I'm taking steps forward, instead of backwards
I Really Need The Support Right Now
I'm a Shy Person but Your Comments Help Alot
But I'm Terribly Afraid and Anxious
My Panic Attacks Have Been Worse
Along With My Insomnia
Lack Of Sleep Doesn't Help With The My Fasting
I'm Just Really Afraid Of Starting
School In A Place Completely Foreign To Me
And That I Wont Reach My Goal By August 21st
I'll post thinspo tomorrow/today
I have to take care of my Chinchilla
its already past 5am
and I've taken my sleeping pills
:/

So Please,If You Have any Tips or Advice

I'd Really Appreciate It :)

Best Of Luck At Reaching Your Goals ^_^

  1. I can't fast. I have bad ADD/anxiety/insomnia, and it makes where I won't sleep for days at a time. When you fast, your adrenaline kicks in, and it won't let you sleep.

Try eating a piece of bread. Something that's hard to digest. Do it just before bed if you don't eat most of the day, or an hour before or something. Whatever feels most comfortable. That, or even a single egg (70cals). It will help chill out your adrenaline. The carbs or protein, depending on what you choose, provides the sugar and helps quell hunger, as well as boosts your metabolism into working harder. Fasting can freeze it completely.

Also, the carbs will soak up stomach acid, and you won't get sick.
What sleeping pills are you on? I take ambien, and they actually MAKE me eat, sometimes.
