Chasing Pavements..

I'm doing good,my goal was to be at 148 lbs, by june 30th,
looks like I might be there early,if i keep this up.
Myself and a few friends from my Xanga are doing a fast together
for the next 5days,but theres alot going on,
I hope i can stay on track
I'm just so stressed out...I might not update as often,
i'm not sure whats happening yet

To My Suprise, It Was a Beatiful Sight.

Just got back from my morning walk/jog
went up towards the mountains
on a sort of cliff where most people go to start there hike
It was the most amazing thing i've ever seen in my life
and the fact that it was cloudy and raining a bit made it better.
I'm going up there everymorning with my dog.
Maybe this place isnt so bad afterall.

Finally,I've made it out of the 150's
I'm happy to be closer to my end of July goal
I went for a jog/walk for 50 Min's
with my Great Dane Lab this morning
And bought a new lip ring
Its time to stay focused now.

Some how in the last 3days i've managed to get back up
to 152
How is this possible!?!
in this time i've only had
two biscuit's
that partially got fed to my turtles and great dane
I have no clue as to how any of this is possible

Recipe For Disaster?

Giving up just proves how weak
They assume I am.

I just recently found a recipe for
Sauteed Garlic Veggies, It doesn't sound appealing to me
but I decided I would try it after my fast.
plus its only 62 calories
and I already have a few of the ingredients
If You're Interested Here It Is


1 medium green bell pepper - 20 calories
1/2 cup of chopped red onion - 25 calories
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder 14 calories
1/2 teaspoon of pepper - 3 calories
salt to taste - 0 calories
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray - 0 calories

I told my mum about it
and she said she'd try it as well,but we'll add shrimp
with/instead of onion
not sure yet.

most likely we'll add broccoli and other ingredients =/


Chop up the bell pepper and onion. Spray the bottom of a pan with non-stick cooking spray. Saute pepper and onion for a few minutes, then spray them with butter spray, and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to saute veggies until they are desired consistency - This takes about 5-10 minutes.

Lack Of Motivation?

I'm sick of this really,I Cant Break The 40's
I take three steps forward,and then five back
I'm So Frustrated Right Now.

Which ones do you like most?
I like 1,4,and 13
they're all so pretty and small :)
I want that.

Back To The First Block.

Managed to lose 2lbs :)
With the help of
[Green Tea Fat Burner Liquid Soft Jell Tablets]
But I'm back to where I was.
I was really excited when I got hunger pains this morning
seeming as i haven't had them lately with all the eating.
I'm odd,I know but i love feeling like I've accomplished
a little something.
The pains help me alot when I think of giving in
to know that I'm taking steps forward,instead of backwards
I Really Need The Support Right Now
I'm a Shy Person but Your Comments Help Alot
But I'm Terribly Afraid and Anxious
My Panic Attacks Have Been Worse
Along With My Insomnia
Lack Of Sleep Doesn't Help With The My Fasting
I'm Just Really Afraid Of Starting
School In A Place Completely Foreign To Me
And That I Wont Reach My Goal By August 21st
I'll post thinspo tomorrow/today
I have to take care of my Chinchilla
its already past 5am
and I've taken my sleeping pills

So Please,If You Have any Tips or Advice

I'm In For a Hell Of a Summer...

Seriously,I suck at restrictions.
I used to go the whole day/days without even wanting to eat,but now its like
every other minute,and I've gained at least 3lbs
I fail at everything :[
Sooo,enough complaining

I want to try a week long fast
hopefully I can sleep it away like usual
probably not though =/

Wake Me Up To Know You're Alive...

I've been eating alottttt
of food lately,more than usual
and the usual was already too much!
if that made sense.

Have you ever said
"Omg,I cant believe I just ate all that!,I'm never eating again"
than end up scarfing down half a carton of Mint Muse track Ice cream
The Next Day?
mabye its just me...
Hmmm :/

But for some reason i've been in a good mood.
I still look like a cow..but good mood none the less :)
possibly because im sure i can reach my goal by the end of summer
as long as I dont give up.

I love summer ^_^

Id very much like to go shopping :)

Just a quick post before im off to bed.

So,I've been a good girl for the past few days
and managed to stay under 500 calories,and only eating three
times a day
usually white rice,an apple,and something else small.
I try to sleep the day away though
seeming as there isnt anything really healthy to eat in my house.

Oh,Ill post my weight when its more appealing ;]
which probably wont be for a bit

I went to the gym the other day with one of my mums friends
we ran on the treadmills and did some arm stuff >.>
its been ages since I worked out at a gym
and it felt nice to get back in one :)

I definitely plan on going back next chance I get

sadly,havent managed to collect any great pics:(
but,heres a bit.

once again sorry they're not all that great
but they inspire me all the same...
I even spent some extra time getting more
because I only had a few pictures ^_^
and its almost 3am

you see how much I love you guys
